chevron_rightHow do I get a boat ramp pass and/or key?
You MUST display a boat ramp parking pass in your vehicle if you plan to park at the boat ramp. This pass must match your vehicles license plate, towing will be enforced. To obtain a key and parking pass for the boat ramp, contact our Vice President, Rosa Grgurich at 813-420-8988, call or text. You must be a home or property owner to possess a key and pass. The cost is $50. Remember, the boat ramp key is the homeowner's responsibility. If guests of the homeowner wish to use the boat ramp, the homeowner must accompany them to the ramp. The chain should be locked after every use. Maintaining a safe, functional boat ramp is our responsibility as homeowners/members of the colony! By continuing to limit the use solely to our neighborhood, we can extend the life of the ramp, which is privately maintained by our association.Find a complete list of Boat ramp rules here.Find the access agreement form here.
